Beauty sleep

Sleep, Sleep, Sleep!

I am so guilty of not getting enough sleep!  I really need to work on it!  With a busy schedule with school, work, etc, it can be really hard to get enough sleep. Sleep is very important when it comes to beauty. Your skin rejuvenates itself while you are sleeping. If you're sleeping less than 8 hours (I know... 8 hours sounds like a lot of sleep), you're not allowing your skin to repair itself. You also tend to feel really tired and cranky when you don't get enough sleep.

That being said, I am going to get some beauty sleep now.  lol.    Goodnight! ;)

Be Proud of who you are! When you have confidence, it shows. It will make everything look better!

Shut off those voices in your head

When you hear that voice in your head telling you that you are not pretty enough, smart enough, or thin enough, shut it off! Think positive thoughts, and try to find the good in you.  The power of positive thinking is really amazing! 

Remember to Smile :) 

Simply smiling will make you happier and more confident. It will change your attitude and make you glow. 

A smile is the best makeup any girl can wear!
